What i mean by this is how you were thinking how you "should" be.... i find this has been such a chain for me for so long-- when i am acting as i "should"- i am doing three things- 1-acting and 2- thinking for others and 3 - alowing the what i surmised from thrinking for others to dictate how i act--- well- where is my truth in that- and who am i keeping around? people who know me? not really- so- thanks- the only should i have today is not to should- i have heard many times that when i am shoulding my myself it is the same as sh..... on myselt!! thanks for the reminder- i am who i am and that person is good enough for me today!! love ya- t.
